Where is my ticket?
There are up to 4 ways in which you can receive your tickets. If you included your cell phone number then they will be sent via SMS to your cell phone (best method) or Flytix will email them to you so you can print them at home, or you can download them from the site when you book an event. If you call in your order, then we will print your ticket and you can collect it from our offices.
Are my tickets refundable?
Refunds and any refund policies are the option of the event holder. Flytix does not issue refunds. In the case where a refund is permitted Flytix will assist you with contacting the event organizer and making the necessary arrangements. No refund will be given in cash; any refund will be credited to the identical card that was used in purchasing the ticket.
My printed tickets were stolen and photocopied will I be denied entry?
Assuming this is true, we can try and assist you but we make no promises. Please note that duplicate tickets will result in the first presenter being allowed entry and the next being denied at the gate as the ticket scan will read as invalid. Flytix recommends using the SMS option to prevent misplaced, lost or stolen tickets.

DON’T do it , be green and allow us to scan your cell phone – one less thing to carry!
Can I order by telephone?
Yes please call the service number 441 505-3204 and we will process the sale for you. Please note a higher administrative fee may be applicable.
Is it safe to order tickets on your website?
Yes, Flytix website is protected by a state of the art SSL encryption certificates. Please observe the https: on the URL. Flytix and On the Fly Limited does not store your credit card data.
Can Flytix sell my tickets for my event?
